State and territory legislation

The Dental Board of Australia expects all dental practitioners, across each of the five divisions of dental registration, to be aware of any and all state and territory legislation that is relevant to their individual scope of practice. Helpful links to drugs and poisons legislation and to radiation legislation in each state and territory is listed below. 

This information is not an extensive list of the state and territory legislation that may apply to your individual scope of practice. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet the requirements of all state and territory legislation relevant to your practice.
